Zurich Film Festival

 For ten days each fall, Zurich turns into a mini-Hollywood. The city with the world's highest cinema density has an annual film festival which has just celebrated its 15th anniversary. Established and successful filmmakers from all around the world fly in to promote exchanges of creativity between filmmakers, celebrities, and the audience. For all you movie-lovers out there, this might be the event for you! 

Of course, we couldn’t forget the major prizes and competitions that exist. In three international competitions (“International Feature”, “International Documentary Film”, and “Focus Switzerland, Germany, Austria”), filmmakers compete for the main prize, the Golden Eye. As well as the competitions, the hottest movies are presented as exclusive Gala Premieres and Special Screenings. During one of the biggest galas this year, Kristen Stewart came to present "Seberg", a blockbuster she stars in alongside Jack O'Connell, Vince Vaughn, and Anthony Mackie.
