H&M - While H&M is a global chain and not specific to Switzerland it’s one of the only places to shop in Zurich on a budget. With a large selection for all ages and easy accessibility on Bahnhofstrasse. Their new fall “Now or Never” collection is sure to put you in a cozy mood with multicolored hoodies for CHF 30 and cute lace collared dresses for CHF 40. Their recent “Conscious” collection has also gained public praise for its progress towards sustainability with each piece being at least 50% sourced from recycled materials. With such a wide variety of items - it’s hard not to find something you like (and that won't dig into your savings) at H&M.
Tally Weijl - A popular budget franchise, Tally Weijl offers a large variety of clothing, typically marketed towards young women. Their clothing style is geared towards street style fashion offering lots of printed and statement pieces. Some Tally Weijl stores also feature a Tally beauty salon that offers salon services on a budget where you can get services like manicures, facials, hair cuts, and eyelash extensions. There are multiple locations throughout Zurich and one conveniently situated on Bahnhofstrasse.
PIECES - Another women’s clothing store, PIECES, offers items for women of all ages at a price that won’t break the bank. Its style is quite minimalistic and casual, which is perfect for those who like more toned down but cute pieces that go with everything. There are two locations within the heart of Zurich, one of which is directly next to the main station.
C&A - C&A is an international fast-fashion chain that markets clothing to people of all ages. It’s a great one-stop-shop for someone on a budget. They offer a large variety of items for a low price from, denim dresses at CHF 20 and men’s ski pants for CHF 40 to children’s fuzzy slippers at CHF 10. There are multiple C&A locations throughout Zurich, one just off Bahnhofstrasse and another in the Shilcity shopping center.
Krause Outlet - The Krause outlet in Zurich is one of the smaller shops on this list so far but don’t be fooled this place can have some really interesting finds if you look close enough. For example vintage winter jackets, cartoon pins, and printed bags. The staff is always very polite and with prices like these, it’d be more of a loss not to check it out. Krause Outlet is located on Badenerstrasse, in Zurich.
Esprit - Another international chain Esprit supplies clothing to all ages and genders. Esprit has a more professional vibe while still maintaining a reasonable price range. From Blazers and suit pants to printed blouses and wool sweaters, Esprit will keep you looking casual and well put together round the clock. They have multiple stores throughout Zurich, one conveniently on Bahnhofstrasse and another in Shilcity.
